Refund & Return Policy – Saltite

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on saltite.com.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Any item returned after the 15-day return window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed by us within 24–48 hours.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. This processing time is outside of our control.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank (processing time is often required)

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please email us at sales@saltite.com before sending your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

International customers must contact us before returning any item to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions.

Important Return Shipping Notes (All Customers)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (where applicable)

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking
