This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on saltite.com and operated by Saltite.

Order Processing & Shipping

All qualified orders received by 2:00 PM (EDT) are processed and shipped on the same business day.

Exceptions:
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 0–1 business day.

Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on destination and carrier service.

Currency & Pricing

All product prices and shipping charges shown on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars)

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight shipping services (when required)

PO Box Shipping

UPS and freight services are not available for PO Box addresses.

Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to help speed up delivery.

United States Shipping

  • Standard transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Orders ship from our Maryland warehouse

Free Shipping (USA Only)

Free shipping is available on selected products within the continental United States.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to:

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Puerto Rico (PR)

Local In-Store Pickup (USA Only)

Local pickup is available for U.S. customers only.

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EDT)

  • Saturday & Sunday: Pickup is not available
